A friend of mine from high school, Vanessa, wrote in asking for advice about “…a wedding I have coming up – somewhat fancy – in the middle of July. I was thinking of wearing a long dress… I want something comfy, airy, and sexy… strapless works too!” Vanessa is stunning– even if she were to wear the most simple dress, her beauty would shine dramatically.
I searched and searched and searched… I was so overwhelmed by not only the plethora of choices, but also their insanely high prices! When dressing for a wedding it’s important to wear fine clothing that is well made, consists of nice fabrics and will wear well throughout the day or evening– you don’t want bunching and stretching while you’re dancing the party away! So, when choosing your dress, especially if it’s a splurge, make sure it’s something you can wear over and over again.
