Hi everyone. I wanted , before I go on, to tell you that i love you all dearly (like, you have no idea)… I love writing for you every day, even if it’s about nonsense– I always hope it will give you at least a few minutes of peace and escape in between the normal hustle and bustle of life (oh I’m so philosophical). It’s fun for me, yeah, but the best part is seeing your comments and getting your input– or getting random advice requests from you, as well as e-mails letting me know that you enjoy what’s going on here. You rock. you really do. smile, because you are special and wonderful. ok. enough. hope that didn’t make you puke. jut had to let it all out
Something important that I have been meaning to talk to you brilliant, beautiful people about is the following… drumroll.. (wait, you know when you were about 17 and your mom used to like, call you into the kitchen with that specific tone, like, “Maddie… um… I have to talk to you about something… Look what I found, have you been smoking?” or like, “Why was the door closed when Jordan was over last week?”.. haha that’s what I jut felt like when I summoned your concentration for what I was about to discuss. Don’t worry though- it’s not. (Like you thought it was? ok rambling..)
Ok moving on.. this is what I wanted to talk to you about…. my dearest, amazingest, bestest, most special, most talented, most devoted, most creative, most deserving brother, Nick (his site is Nicky Digital), has been nominated for a very special award… the “Best Nightlife Site / Blog” for the People’s Choice “NIGHTLIFE AWARDS” (i feel like I wrote that out like such a mom) YEAH! we are SO freaking excited that we wanna yell it from the roof tops. well, actually, we did.

Moving onwards… I am so tired… just finished baking a delicious [looking] batch of cookies. I would have no idea whether they are actually delicious because no, of course I did not try one.
I am off to bed early because tomorrow is a totally huge and big day (well, it will be today by the time you are reading this!) Just to clarify, I am talking about Thursday… and do we know why it’s a totally exciting, fabulous day? because it’s the Sis Boom Big Show and Sale!!! aahhhhh! So much work has led up to the next three days (the sale is the 3rd, 4th and 5th) and I can jut feel it in my inner core, bones, whatever is there, that it is going to be fantabulous and amazing. psst. Jennifer Paganelli’s (She IS Sis Boom) beautiful fabric was jut in Woman’s Day… check it out!
