what tastes better than an artichoke heart? nothing. I’m convinced. It’s one thing to steam an artichoke for hours, drizzling the olive oil on every time you pass by.. and then work your way down to the tender heart… but to have the heart, separate, and many of them at once, is just so, damn, good. I found this awesome recipe… I am thinking that if you’re a lover of artichokes like me, you will find it delectable. Eat on!
ps… my Nonni makes THE BEST stuffed artichokes in the entire universe. hands down. omg.
