With an 11 month old babe, it’s nearly impossible to find the time to well, do anything. I consider myself lucky if I get to brush my teeth (yeah, I know). One thing I’ve made a point of doing around the house, whenever I can, to maintain my sanity… yoga. Even if it’s just a downward dog or child’s pose. Beau, who’s now 11 months, is ultra observant and suddenly picked up on it. He’s been enjoying downward dog with me and we were FINALLY able to capture it (thanks Jordan)… We asked him to do downward dog and following that, we were totally shocked when we requested child’s pose and he bowed down and rested his head. Best night ever.
