when I tell people that I live in Bridgeport, CT, they usually grimace and then ask me why. This doesn’t really surprise me, being that Bridgeport has had a waaayyy bad reputation for a very long time, but friends– things are changing! New boutiques, cafes, and restaurants are popping up every week, which is really exciting to watch. On Saturday, Jordan and I spent the entire day at the beach– yes the beach– which happens to be beautiful. We finished up the day grilling swordfish steaks and then had a neighborhood s’more party at our place. I wouldn’t mind if every Saturday was like that.
