Match is a very special friend of mine. In a nutshell– when I was a weary senior in high school visiting colleges, Match was my tour guide at Muhlenberg. I decided to go to Muhlenberg (because my tour guide was so rad), and Match ended up being a familiar face that brought me peace when I didn’t know which end was up. true story. Match is also an unbelievable artist and musician. Yes, my friends… he keeps getting cooler. We have collaborated on some very special projects– when I created a LOVEMADDS clothing line for the AXO Muhlenberg College Fashion Show, Match was the first person I called to create accompanying beats, which I’ve included for you to bop your head to whilst you read on… (Don’t pretend you don’t bop that head to beats like this).

AND on to style…
Match is lucky to have a very versatile “canvas”. I have known him with short hair, with practically no hair, and with super long hair. All of which he pulled off miraculously. He also has the body type to be able to wear tighter and or loser things– something not many guys are able to do– think skinny jeans. Some men would look scary and weird in them. Not Match.. He can do it.

So Match wrote in with a request for some style tips. He said, where I teach now, I always have to wear a shirt and a tie… in the colder months a blazer too… I’d like to pull in my art/music vibe with my work.” Guys– don’t think that wearing a shirt, tie and blazer needs to be a stiff, uncomfortable experience. We are going to put some looks together for Match that are dressy enough, yet allow him to feel comfortable and still like he is able to wear a “Match version” of the popular, working man style (and no there won’t be any ties with music notes or paint brushes. shux). I am, however, going to throw some unexpected ingredients in there to keep it lively, fun and unusual. You’ll see.
