This girl is strolling around with a fresh cider doughnut in one hand, and a copy of domino in the other. Fall is peaking through the trees, but the sun is shining brightly today keeping her shoulders nice and warm. She’s on the phone with her mom, discussing last week’s Qi Gong class (something they do together as often as possible), and how excited they are for their next Mother + Daughter day. She’s gotta get home quickly because she’s got a date with her sweet boyfriend (shh she won’t tell him she’s been snacking on sugary delights).

She smiles while her Mom updates her on typical Mommy things because she’s grateful for all she has and the fact that everything’s going really well today. She’s figuring out how to make it all align and work together beautifully, and for that she is so appreciative. Her dreams are coming into fruition and pinterest boards are becoming realities. Her daily affirmations are helping to re-shape her point of view, and the dreams posted on her vision board are becoming less blurry every day.
