Garlic & Jalapeños. Have you tried cooking with this duo? I’m going to give you a very quick, simple run-down here…
Chop the two ingredients (about 3 cloves of garlic to 1 jalapeño).. and depending on how HOT you want your meal, use less or more Jalapeño seeds.
SLOWLY sauté in EVOO over low – medium heat. Keep a close eye, making sure your garlic doesn’t burn and get crispy.
Stir ingredients pretty consistently.. add coarse sea salt & pepper to taste.. and keep on keepin’ on, ’til you feel like the two ingredients are becoming one. VIOLA! DONE!
I’ve used this concoction in quinoa (cook quinoa first THEN add ingredients)
Also awesome poured atop baked chicken (and then bake for another 10 mins or so after the goodness is added)
Especially delicious on baked brussel sprouts! That’s one of our faves!!
